Pay: $19–$22/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Temporary turn season work, July–August

Job duties may include:

• Painting and touch-ups
• General apartment maintenance
• Light repairs
• Key cutting
• Grounds and property clean-up
• Assisting with unit turns and make-readies

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous maintenance, apartment, construction, painting, or handyman experience
