Looking for a dependable first-shift job with weekly pay and opportunities to grow? Express Employment Professionals is hiring Manufacturing Team Members for a leading manufacturer of commercial coolers, freezers, and refrigeration systems in New Lisbon, WI.

This is a hands-on position where you'll work with a team to build high-quality products used in restaurants, convenience stores, schools, and businesses nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble cooler and freezer components using hand and power tools

• Apply insulation, sealing, and foaming materials during production

• Operate manufacturing and sheet metal equipment

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy

• Prepare finished units for shipment

• Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred

• Blueprint reading experience is a plus
