Salary: $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $20.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production
  • Verify part dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
  • Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues and report concerns as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience operating press brakes required; experience with Amada or Cincinnati equipment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Strong knowledge of measuring tools, including calipers and tape measures
  • Ability to verify tolerances and ensure high-quality production standards
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
