Salary: $20.00 - $25.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components according to specifications and production requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect completed welds to verify quality standards and conformance to specifications
  • Work with materials including aluminum and stainless steel as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and production goals

Qualifications: 

  • Previous MIG welding experience required
  • Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Proficiency using measuring tools and verifying product specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
