Salary: $19-$22/hr.

We are currently hiring Assembly Technicians. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the upfitting process by assembling various components to create finished products. You will utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you may be required to operate other power-operated equipment on occasion. 

Responsibilities:
•    Perform assembly of components according to technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
•    Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and power tools like pneumatic drills and saws to complete assembly tasks.
•    Operate forklifts or other power-operated equipment as needed to move materials and finished products within the facility.
•    Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
•    Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments or repairs as required.
•    Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
•    Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
•    Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent.
•    Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
•    Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
•    Strong attention to detail and quality.
•    Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
•    Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
•    Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
