Salary: up to $35.00/HR

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: up to $35.00/HR

Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet product requirements
Calculate and verify material measurements to ensure accuracy and proper fit
Set up and operate welding equipment according to established procedures
Perform all functions related to welding preparation, welding, and finishing
Select appropriate machine settings, parameters, and tolerances for each job
Inspect equipment and completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
Conduct routine quality checks to maintain product integrity
Maintain a safe work environment by identifying hazards and ensuring proper ventilation
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies

Qualifications:

Previous MIG welding experience required; TIG experience a plus but not required
Strong understanding of welding equipment operation and techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience measuring and verifying material specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ pounds)
Safety-conscious with knowledge of proper ventilation and hazard awareness
