Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Conduct in-person sales visits throughout Central Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri
• Generate new business through prospecting and cold calling
• Gather customer information and identify transportation and logistics needs
• Provide solutions that meet customer challenges and business objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and account management
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events

Qualifications:

• Previous sales, customer service, account management, or coordination experience preferred
• College degree or some college coursework preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Honest, dependable, and customer-focused
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn industry-specific products and services
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business relationships
• Willingness to travel Tuesday through Thursday throughout assigned territories
• Occasional air travel may be required
