NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED FORKLIFT OPERATORS – 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD SHIFT

We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team across multiple shifts. These are Evaluation-to-Hire positions offering excellent long‑term career and benefit opportunities.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday (shift times vary by company)

• Starting pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on shift and placement

Position Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of forklifts, including: Sit‑down, Stand‑up Reach, High Reach, Cherry Picker, EPJ, Clamp, and Turret (Minimum 1 year of recent experience required)

• Load and unload trucks and containers

• Transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas

• Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent experience operating multiple forklift types

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
