We’re hiring a Utility Dispatcher to handle incoming calls, dispatch emergency utility crews, and complete accurate data entry. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
Answer and document incoming calls
Dispatch technicians for utility emergencies
Enter and update information in company systems
Stay calm and professional during urgent situations
Requirements

Basic computer/data entry skills
