Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals of Fort Myers is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator for a growing technology company in Fort Myers. This position plays a vital role in coordinating service schedules, supporting customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service requests, appointments, and work orders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling and service updates
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and completed work
  • Process and update invoices, customer orders, and inventory information
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any service concerns
  • Resolve scheduling and service-related issues, escalating when appropriate
  • Monitor service performance and assist in maintaining company quality standards
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Prepare reports and provide updates regarding service metrics and operational performance
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Process payroll-related information, including timesheets, attendance records, and pay adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Stay current on industry best practices and process improvements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling, service coordination, customer service, administration, or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating service schedules or dispatch operations
  • Payroll processing or timesheet management experience
  • Experience with invoicing, order entry, and inventory tracking
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
