Machine Operator – Full-Time (Training on Days, Transition to Afternoons)

Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing company in Mississauga, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Shift Details

• Start on Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) for training
• Move to Afternoon Shift (2:30pm – 11:30pm) after training

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production machines
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet standards
• Identify and resolve minor issues to reduce downtime
• Work closely with the team to meet production goals and KPIs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of machine operating experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to complete training on days and transition to nights
