Assembly Layout Technician

Salary: $20/hour

We are partnered with a manufacturing company in Sarasota, Florida hiring for a Layout Technician. The Layout Technician supports the assembly and sub‑assembly of products. This role focuses on accurate layout work, blueprint interpretation, and spot welding to ensure products meet quality standards and daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and sub‑assembly of lift components
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Complete layout work and prepare parts for production
• Perform spot welding as required
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
• Work with team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Blueprint reading and spot welding experience required
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime on Fridays as needed)
