Fabricator

Located in Sarasota, FL

Salary: $21+/hour

We are partnered with a manufacturing company in Sarasota, Florida hiring for multiple fabricators. The Fabricator/Welder is responsible for welding, sub‑assembly, and fabrication of curved metal components. This role requires MIG welding skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub‑assembly and fabrication of parts
• Layout, weld, and level easy–complex parts
• Use MIG welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Test and calibrate assemblies to meet tolerances and specs
• Identify and report units that fail tests or quality checks
• Work to meet daily production targets
• Obtain AWS tube certification (company supported)

Requirements

• Manufacturing assembly or sub‑assembly experience preferred
• MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read drawings
• Strong accuracy, detail orientation, and craftsmanship
• Ability to work well with a team

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM, Fridays as needed

Pay: $21+/hour
