Gable Caser Operator - Swing

We are seeking a Gable Caser Operator to inspect cartons for quality (damage, labels, and coding), ensure proper case sealing, and monitor products moving through packer systems. This role includes pulling samples for testing, maintaining production flow, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Strong communication and teamwork are essential to meet daily production goals.

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting at $20.09/hour
• Swing Shift 1p-9:30p
• 21 days on, 2 days off schedule

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic math skills and English proficiency
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, wet environment and flexible hours
