Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
⦁ Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish
⦁ Coordinate with dispatch, management, and installation teams
⦁ Install, modify, and repair HVAC systems to code
⦁ Complete job documentation and maintain organized service vehicle
⦁ Train and support apprentices and junior installers

What We’re Looking For:
⦁ 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
⦁ Strong knowledge of code-compliant HVAC systems
⦁ Leadership mindset with ability to mentor others
⦁ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
⦁ HVAC certifications or trade school training preferred
