Part-Time Call Specialist – $18/hr

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Wage: $18/hr
Office Size: Small team (3–4 people)

Role

Make outbound calls to East Coast property owners and businesses to notify them of upcoming internet upgrades and request approval via a signed agreement. Follow up if needed and track all activity in Excel.

Key Duties

• Call assigned contacts and explain the process
• Follow up (up to 5 attempts) if agreements aren’t signed
• Document call results in Excel

Requirements

• Basic Excel skills
• Comfortable on the phone
• Strong communication & persistence
• Sales or call experience is a plus but not required
