Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor
Assist clients by providing information, updates, and support
Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
Support general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and email management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Strong QuickBooks experience required
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
