We are seeking a professional and personable Administrative Assistant with strong QuickBooks experience to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident communicating with clients, and skilled in handling invoices, data entry, and general administrative 

tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing using QuickBooks

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records

  • Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor

  • Assist clients by providing information, updates, and support

  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and documentation

  • Support general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and email management

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

  • Strong QuickBooks experience required

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
