Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install mechanical parts according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly plans
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all assembled components
  • Assist with general shop duties and maintain a safe work environment
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Job Requirements

  • Previous mechanical or assembly experience required
  • Ability to read and understand technical plans/drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including:
    • Lifting up to 50 lbs
    • Standing for long periods
    • Walking, bending, and reaching
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
