Compensation

·         Entry-Level Hospitality Positions: Starting at $16.00/hour + tips where applicable

·         Experienced Servers & Bartenders: Starting at $22.00/hour + tips, depending on experience

·         Sous Chef and Culinary Leadership positions: Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by position but may include:

Front of House

·         Providing excellent customer service

·         Taking food and beverage orders

·         Preparing and serving beverages

·         Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

·         Working as part of a team during busy shifts

Back of House

·         Food preparation and cooking

·         Following recipes and food safety standards

·         Dishwashing and kitchen sanitation

·         Assisting with inventory and kitchen organization

·         Supporting smooth kitchen operations

Housekeeping

·         Cleaning guest rooms and common areas

·         Restocking supplies and amenities

·         Ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met

·         Reporting maintenance concerns

Qualifications

·         Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required for some positions

·         Positive attitude and strong work ethic

·         Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

·         Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

·         Reliable transportation and attendance
