This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, designers, and internal teams, helping ensure projects and appointments run smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally
• Schedule appointments and consultations for sales representatives
• Coordinate schedules between clients, designers, warehouse staff, and field teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using Google Workspace
• Provide administrative support to multiple departments
• Help ensure a seamless, high-touch customer experience
What They're Looking For
• Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple schedules and priorities
• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail preferred
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and provide exceptional customer service
