Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced CDL Yard Jockey for a local logistics client in the Savannah area.

🕒 Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable CDL Yard Jockey to safely move trailers and support daily yard, shipping, and receiving operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in yard or terminal operations.

Responsibilities:
• Move and position trailers within yard and dock areas
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Perform basic trailer inspections and report issues or damage
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain safe and efficient yard flow
• Follow all DOT and company safety standards

Requirements:
• Valid CDL license required
• Clean 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
• Valid DOT Medical Card required
• Active TWIC Card required
• Previous yard jockey or CDL driving experience preferred
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Successful drug screen
• Must meet background screening requirements
