Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team in Savannah, GA. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving inbound shipments, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and general warehouse organization.

The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires teamwork, operational discipline, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.

This position supports a large-scale distribution facility and works closely with warehouse leadership and fellow team members to ensure efficient inventory movement and timely customer order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inventory Handling

• Assist with unloading inbound containers and shipments.
• Sort, palletize, and organize incoming products for storage and distribution.
• Verify received inventory and report discrepancies when identified.
• Maintain accurate inventory handling practices and warehouse organization.

Order Fulfillment

• Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse inventory.
• Pack and label shipments according to company and customer requirements.
• Prepare products for shipment while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Assist with staging outbound orders for carrier pickup.

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stretch-wrap machines.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Perform routine inspections and report equipment issues as needed.

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established warehouse procedures, policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory projects, and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Support team objectives and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Valid driver's license (non-commercial Class C).
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience with inbound container unloading and receiving operations.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and physical activity levels.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
