A growing manufacturing company in the Detroit Lakes, MN area is seeking Production Associates to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity with a company known for its family-oriented culture, supportive work environment, and commitment to employee success.

Previous production, manufacturing, or mechanical experience is helpful, but the company is willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn. In this role, you will assist with operating equipment, producing quality metal components, and supporting daily production activities.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay:

• Starting at $18/hour or more depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or mechanical aptitude helpful, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance
