Are you mechanically inclined, experienced in manufacturing, or looking to build a career in production? Express Employment Professionals is recruiting dependable individuals for a growing manufacturing company in the Detroit Lakes, MN area.

 

Previous CNC machining, production, assembly, or manufacturing experience is helpful, but motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training is available for the right person.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new skills and processes
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

Available Shifts:

• Day Shifts
• Night Shifts
• Weekend Shifts

Multiple schedules may be available depending on experience and department needs.
