Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a local apartment community/property management company.

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to assist with the repair, upkeep, and overall maintenance of residential properties. Candidates should be comfortable performing general maintenance tasks and responding to resident service requests.

Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance work orders
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• Maintain common areas and property grounds
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment

Requirements:
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful drug screen
• Must meet background screening requirements
