Seeking a Temporary Recruitment Specialist for a local Home Care company:

 

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Temporary Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a full-time, hourly position with a fixed-term commitment of 10-12 weeks. You will be tasked with sourcing and recruiting potential candidates for our team.

Job Duties:

• Recruiting and Sourcing
• Scheduling
• Community Outreach
• Audit & Advance Candidates 
• Etc.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, ect

Other Requirements:

• Previous experience in Office Administration & Recruiting/Staffing
• Strong leadership and organizational tools, Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• High school diploma required; at least 2 years of recruiting experience is preferred.
