Warehouse Associate (Full-Time)

Position: Warehouse Associate
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Purpose

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the receiving, stocking, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and excellent service for our customers. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and has experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming shipments, ensuring all materials are accurately documented and stored in designated locations.
• Load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks and customer vehicles accurately and efficiently while following proper handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including warehouse, yard, and general facility upkeep.
• Assist with inventory management by stocking materials, rotating inventory, performing cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies or damaged products.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively to support daily warehouse operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to promote a positive, productive, and team-oriented workplace.
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Some forklift operating experience required; forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following operational procedures.
