Production Fabrication Worker
Location: Ft Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour to start (with room for growth)

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Fabrication Shop Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fabrication shop as a helper or as a plumbing helper and be comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. This position involves measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembling parts to meet production specifications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark materials accurately according to specifications
• Cut holes, drill, and assemble components as directed
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
• Assist with other fabrication or assembly tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fabrication shop or as a plumbing/helper preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
