Dispatcher (Full-Time) – Express Employment Professionals

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kalispell, MT

Position Overview

As a Dispatcher, you will serve as the first point of contact for technicians and customers, coordinating service calls and ensuring appointments are scheduled and communicated efficiently. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by facilitating smooth service experiences and delivering accurate, timely information.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming service calls
• Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments
• Coordinate technician routes and availability
• Communicate effectively with customers and field staff
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Collaborate closely with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
• Calm and professional demeanor, especially on the phone
• Comfortable working with phones, computers, and scheduling software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
