Property Maintenance Technician

A development company in Ann Arbor is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician.

What you’ll be doing as a Property Maintenance Technician

•  Execute a wide range of interior and exterior repairs, including carpentry, drywall, painting, laminate/wood flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliance troubleshooting.

• Perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and siding maintenance to ensure optimal property functionality and safety.

• Respond promptly to tenant service requests, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication throughout the repair process.

• Handle demolition, thorough debris cleanup, and strategic material staging within work zones to maintain organized and efficient jobsites.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Property Maintenance Technician

• 1+ year of building maintenance and/or construction experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
•  Ann Arbor, MI 48104
