Salary: $18 - $21

Material Handler

• Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
• $18 - $21 per hour 

The Material Handler performs a variety of duties such as receiving, storage, picking orders, supplying production areas, & accounting for inventory 

A typical day includes...

• Inspecting freight upon arrival, documenting any signs of damage, & resolving freight claims 
• Verifying receipt of purchased goods from suppliers, locating product, processing paperwork and completing transactions according to procedure 
• Picking parts & products from inventory locations in specified quantities to fill orders
• Visually monitoring inventory levels & communicating low levels to buyers, schedulers, and other as needed 
• Cycle counting inventory and assisting with developing actions to correct inventory problems 
• Completing inventory transactions to receive & issue inventory as needed 
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks, overhead crane, & other equipment to move parts to proper locations & load & unload freight trucks as needed 

We're excited about you if you have...

• Previous warehouse/material handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50lbs for entire shifts 
  • Must be able to push & pull large steel - won't have to manual lift but candidate needs to be able to push/pull large items
