Our client in Saline is looking for an Accountant to join their team.

Experience needed to succeed as a Accountant

• 1-2 years of experience with Accounts Receivable

• HS/GED required

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

What you’ll be doing as the Accountant

• Process weekly cash receipts, manage accounts receivable adjustments, and handle account reconciliations while proactively resolving payment discrepancies.

• Take decisive collection actions on past-due balances and evaluate risk by processing customer credit applications.

•  Review and process chargebacks, pricing disputes, discounts, and various customer deductions to ensure accurate billing.

• Prepare month-end general journal entries, support the accounting close process, and execute administrative tasks as assigned.
