Pay: $50k-$56k/yr

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday (8:00AM-4:00PM)

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Customer service, providing information to customers and clients about the product.
• Performing monthly email blasts and managing the email list of clients.
• Documenting and analyzing all calls.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• Previous Customer service experience required
• Prior work experience in electronics industry preferred
• Analytical minded, detail oriented
• Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Multi-tasking, positive attitude, and ability to work with others.
