Primary Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and combination materials
• Weld fabricated components according to blueprints, welding procedures, and customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and NDE symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment to meet production and quality requirements
• Perform visual inspections of weldments to verify compliance with specifications and standards
• Troubleshoot welding issues and make process adjustments as needed
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance
• Follow written work instructions and complete required production documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional production projects and duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and welding experience required
• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Experience performing quality inspections of weldments
• Ability to pass in-house weld certification testing up to and including 6G
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation: $22–$27/hr (Benefit Package Available)

Schedule

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm

Current Mandatory Overtime Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts on Saturdays
