Packaging Technician

Location: Little Rock, AR
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM or 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (no shift differential)
Position Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Technicians to join a production team. In this role, you will assemble railing kits and package small accessory components while supporting production, safety, quality, and housekeeping goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Assemble and kit products on a production line
• Pack cartons with the correct parts and components
• Fold boxes to support the packaging process
• Prepare and pack accessory bags
• Use both powered and manual hand tools to assemble components
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and SDS standards
• Assist with monthly inventory counts
• Support logistics and production-related projects as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to wear required PPE at all times
• Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred
• Experience in inventory, shipping/receiving, or forklift operation is a plus
• If you have worked as an Inventory Specialist or Shipping/Receiving Coordinator, you would be a great fit for this role
