Webflow Development & Optimization

Location: Fully Remote
Pay: ~$30/hour
Schedule: 20–25 hours/week (flexible within 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST/EST)
Duration: 6–12-month contract
Start: Early July, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, update,and maintain website pages in Webflow based on Figma designs
• Execute full-page builds, redesigns, and ongoing site updates
• Ensure high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly site experiences

SEO & Performance Strategy

• Implement and optimize SEO and AEO strategies to improve site visibility and performance
• Analyze website performance (traffic, conversions, engagement) and provide actionable recommendations
• Identify gaps and opportunities, and drive continuous testing and improvements

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor site performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush)
• Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and reporting accuracy across site activity
• Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams
• Operate independently while managing priorities and deadlines effectively
• Attend weekly virtual meetings and communicate progress, updates, and recommendations clearly

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow development and SEO/ AEO execution (or similar hands-on experience)
• Strong experience translating Figma designs into Webflow builds
• Proficiency in tools such as Webflow, Hubspot, Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO platforms
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
