2nd Shift Production Line Operator

Located in Racine, WI

Salary: $18.00

Seeking a Production Line Operator - 3pm-3am  $18/hr

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Safely operating all production line equipment to meet or exceed plant production goals.
Specific plant equipment may include, but is not limited to, extruders, conveyors,
material mixers, tumblers, dryers, and screeners. Additional plant equipment may
include forklifts, wheel loaders, skid steers, and floor sweepers. Coordinating specific
duties and tasks with fellow workers to ensure a team work place atmosphere.
Participate in and contribute to daily maintenance and housekeeping tasks as required
to ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient plant operation. Work with fellow team members
to ensure product quality is maintained, while striving to meet and surpass plant
production goals.

 

Skills required:
Good communication skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team atmosphere.
Forklift experience required,  skid steer & wheel loader is a plus. Familiarity with basic electric motor controls. PLC experience a plus, but not
required. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
