Greeter Brand Ambassador

Salary: $18-$22.00

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a part-time Greeter & Brand Ambassador to represent a local flooring company in the East Metro at a retail location in St. Paul & Metro area. Reliable transportation is necessary. Mileage will be reimbursed.

In this role, you will greet customers, discuss their flooring needs, and encourage them to schedule an in-home consultation with an in-store associate.

 

Compensation: 

• $18-$22/HR
• Top performers earn $45K – $60K+ annually (full-time equivalent)
• Full time position offers benefits - health, dental, vision, LTD/STD, life insurance

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am AM–12:00pm Full time or Part Time, Saturday availability a must
• Locations vary across the East Metro
  • Hours may vary based on business needs. Traveling between multiple store locations throughout the day. Either mileage reimbursement or use of company vehicle.

Key Duties:

• Proactively greet and engage leads in-store
• Identify flooring and home project opportunities
• Explain the Shop-at-Home process and set appointments with Customers STORE Lead Generator.
• Answer basic product and financing questions
• Support in-store promotions and events
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates
• Maintain signage and displays
• Complete daily tracking and reporting
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a background check.
