We're looking for a 1st shift, Heat Press Operator for a company in Middleton, WI.

Job Duties:

Load garments onto platens, ensuring shirts are perfectly centered, straight and properly aligned using guides or templates.
Calibrate precise time, temperature and pressure settings required for different fabrics to avoid scorching or dye migration.
Handle and apply various apparel decoration mediums, including Direct-to-Film (DTF), Screen Print Transfers, Plastisol, Heat Transfer Vinyl and patches.
Inspect decorated garments for flaws such as peeling edges, scorching, bleeding colors, bubbling, or cracking and immediately flag defects for remediation.
Peel transfers at the correct temperature (hot vs cold peel), apply secondary curing steps if necessary.
Meet production standards and daily delivery goals.
Tracking units produced and recording on production logs.
Performing routine machine maintenance and upkeep.
Keeping workstations organized and clean.
