Primary Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, disassembly, and rework of electrical systems and control panels
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, engineering drawings, and wire lists
• Install electrical components including switches, relays, transformers, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and wiring harnesses
• Connect and route wiring according to specifications and industry standards
• Utilize testing equipment to verify continuity, resistance, shorts, and grounding of electrical systems
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and related equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional production projects and duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of electrical systems experience preferred (7+ years strongly preferred)
• Experience using hand tools and power tools required
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of wire identification, phase coloring, and electrical assembly practices
• Experience with electrical connectors, terminal blocks, and control systems preferred
• Basic understanding of low-voltage wiring and electrical testing procedures
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation: $19–$24/hr (Benefit Package Available)
