This Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator position will manage a portfolio of clients. You will be the primary point of contact, building strong relationships through clear, timely communication and proactive support. You will work to understand client needs to drive growth and retention while maintaining regular outreach. You will also coordinate projects from initial request through delivery by gathering details for estimates and job tickets, managing data in internal systems, tracking proofs and approvals, ordering materials, and providing status updates. Communication is key to ensure a smooth customer experience by communicating timelines, resolving issues quickly, and documenting all interactions. Finally, you will collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on track and support client needs.
Hours: 8:00AM-4:00PM
Pay: $20.00 an hour
Skills & Requirements
***Must be able to read a ruler and convert fractions into decimals.
• 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
