A local nonprofit serving youth ages 10–17 is seeking a Youth Programs Manager to lead daily operations in a residential and shelter-based setting.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment for at-risk and system-involved youth.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily youth program operations and facility safety
• Supervise and support direct-care staff
• Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and on-call needs
• Respond to crises, behavioral concerns, and incidents
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and youth transitions
• Ensure compliance with program and licensing standards
• Support documentation, reporting, and program quality
• Partner with leadership and community agencies

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years working with at-risk, homeless, foster, or justice-involved youth
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong crisis management and trauma-informed care skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced residential environment
• Valid Oregon driver’s license

Schedule:

Full-time hourly position with evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
