Oversee and Maintain Luxury Vacation Homes in Big Sky, Montana

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property & Maintenance Manager to oversee the care, presentation, and functionality of a portfolio of high-end vacation rental homes in Big Sky. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values high standards, and understands the expectations that come with luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall condition, maintenance, and readiness of multiple upscale vacation homes
• Perform routine inspections to ensure properties meet elevated quality standards
• Coordinate and execute general maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep
• Manage relationships with specialized vendors and service providers
• Oversee landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal property needs
• Ensure homes are consistently guest-ready, both inside and out
• Ensure exceptional customer service to both clients and vendors

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, maintenance, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently
• Reliable, professional, and self-directed with a proactive mindset
