Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Assembly Technician for a local client in Libby, Montana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, building projects, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and install vehicle components
• Read and interpret blueprints and project-specific instructions
• Follow Standard Work Instructions (SWI) to ensure accurate and consistent assembly
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in:
  • Assembly work
  • Manufacturing
  • Building projects using tools and materials
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to:
  • Walk, crouch, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
