Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and annual inspections on boilers, nitrogen systems, and steam/hot oil equipment

Preventive maintenance and repair on pumps, meters, compressors, reactors, HVAC, and fire suppression systems

Repair and replace hoses, bulbs, and filters; conduct checks to prevent outages

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from plant and office team members

Complete assigned tasks and report status of any incomplete projects or damaged equipment to manager

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance

High school diploma or equivalent; proficient in reading and math

Ability to lift 60 lbs, stand/bend/reach for extended periods, and climb stairs and ladders

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and with a team

Preferred: Forklift/scissor lift certification, confined space experience, GMP/HACCP training

Must pass pre-employment drug test

Pay: $25-$30 + 1.00 for shift differential BOE
Direct Hire through the company
Location: Burlington, WI, with some travel to Elk Horn facility as needed
