Our client in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for a Finishing Cleaner!

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finishing Cleaner to assist with final clean-up efforts following construction and demolition projects. This position is responsible for removing dust and debris, cleaning surfaces, and preparing job sites for occupancy or project completion. Candidates should be comfortable working in active construction environments and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and remove dust, dirt, sand, and construction debris from job sites
  • Wipe down walls, windows, fixtures, countertops, and other surfaces
  • Vacuum, mop, and perform detailed final cleaning as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, construction clean-up, or general labor experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required

Hours:

• Monday – Friday
  • 1st Shift
  • Full-Time Hours

Pay:

• $18.00/hour
