Primary Duties – Production & Leadership

• Lead daily production activities including processing, packaging, and shipping of pet treat products
• Work directly on the production line to ensure output and efficiency goals are met
• Supervise a small team (approximately 4–8 employees) and assign daily tasks
• Maintain workflow and ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
• Train new employees on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Monitor product quality through inspections and consistency checks
• Coordinate with management on production schedules, materials, and inventory levels
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Follow GMP and HACCP guidelines (preferred experience)
• Maintain consistency and quality across all products

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse operations
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach to supervision
• Understanding of production workflow, safety, and quality control
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Experience in food-grade or pet food production is a plus
