Our Ajax client, a leading global importer, wholesaler, and distributor of stationery, office supplies, school products, and giftware, is looking for reliable and hard-working Warehouse Workers/Order Pickers to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Operate RF scanners to locate and pick items accurately
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping
• Label all packages correctly for shipment
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
• Prepare orders for shipment (load items on delivery trucks)
• Ensure order accuracy by double-checking picked items against order lists
• Use a manual pump truck as required for material handling
• Report any inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years of Warehouse and Order Picking experience
• Must be comfortable standing on feet for long periods
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
• Safety boots required

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced Warehouse environment
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Team player that can work under minimal supervision

Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 2:30pm to 11:00pm
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
