General Laborer

Hope, MN

Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p

Need to be flexible with start/end time varying due to fluctuating workload.

Extended harvest hours (Fall season)

$20.00 per hour

 

 

Duties of General Laborer:

• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain the appearance of equipment, grounds, and facilities
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of grain inventories
• Ensure grain is segregated by grain type
• Blend and load out grain by truck or train while maintaining a high level of grain quality
• Assist with loading of trains at terminal locations
• Shoveling and sweeping of facility
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, swoop, kneel, crouch, etc throughout entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven longevity within work history
• No problem working out in the elements
