Cold Storage Warehouse Worker

Location: Oakdale, CA
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: 10–12 hour shifts (various shifts available; split shifts may be offered)
Current Open Shifts: 2:00 AM,6am,10am,6pm, 10pm

We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our cold storage warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has solid warehouse experience, and is open to supporting weekend and holiday operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain excellent attendance and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
Safely operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ/Rider Jacks) and stand-up forklifts
Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
Perform general warehouse labor tasks to support daily operations
Work efficiently in a cold storage environment
Maintain accuracy, organization, and safety standards at all times
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating EPJs/Rider Jacks and stand-up or high-reach forklifts
Previous experience working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse environment
Strong work ethic with the ability to stay productive and multitask in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts and adapt to schedule changes as needed
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Reliable attendance and a strong, can-do attitude are essential
